4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that schedules can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session: Eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session: Non-refundable but can be rescheduled at the coach’s discretion.
No-shows: Non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
