Hi my love, I’m Sarah

The woman behind The Create Space Collective.

I’m 32, completely obsessed with my lurchers Seb and Fig, a sucker for adventure, and usually happiest either with my feet in the sea, up a mountain, or curled up with a notebook and a flat white.

For almost a decade, I worked in the equine veterinary world, supporting some of the most talented vets and caring for incredible animals. On paper, it was everything I’d ever worked for. But inside, I was exhausted, disconnected, and running on empty. I’d lost touch with the creative, free-spirited side of me. I hit a season of poor physical and mental health that quite literally stopped me in my tracks.

Life threw me a curveball

Instead of pushing through (like I always had), I slowed down. I let myself rest. I turned to yoga, writing, painting, breathwork, nature, nourishing food, and the love of a few beautiful humans who held me when I couldn’t hold myself. And something shifted.

I realised that if I could come through this time with more love and compassion for myself, then maybe this was the key. Maybe this was the medicine so many of us crave in a world that tells us to go faster, do more, be better.

That’s where The Create Space Collective was born. From my own healing journey, and the deep knowing that other women needed a space like this too.

WHERE SCIENCE MEETS SOUL, AND WOMEN FIND THEIR WAY BACK TO THEMSELVES.

What I believe

That your body and mind are always talking to you (sometimes we just need to relearn how to listen).

That science and spirituality don’t need to cancel each other out – they actually work beautifully together.

That you don’t have to “be flexible” to do yoga, or “have it all together” to show up for yourself.

 

That healing happens in safe, loving community – not in isolation.

What I do

Yoga & Movement → Trauma-informed, somatic practices that help you feel more at home in your body.

Coaching → Gentle but powerful guidance to help you reconnect with yourself, your confidence, and what really matters, so you can live the life you alway's wanted.

 

Community & Events → Spaces where you can breathe, share, laugh, and remember you’re not doing this alone.

 

This is a place for women like us. High-achieving, busy, brilliant women who feel tired, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Women who just want to exhale, slow down, and feel at peace in their own skin again.

Learn a little more

I’m a certified 200hr yoga teacher, and I’ve been practicing for 10 years. I am also now a certified sound bath practitioner, creating physical change through frequency and sound.

I’m a women’s holistic health coach, currently doing a Master’s in Somatic & Trauma-Informed Coaching (hello nerdy side).

I’m training as a Reformer Pilates instructor too, because I’m slightly obsessed with how movement can shift our whole being.

And yes, I’m neurodivergent, so if your brain feels busy or messy sometimes, trust me, I get it.

When you land here

I want you to feel like you’ve just walked into the cosiest room – shoes off, kettle on, blanket waiting.

 

A place where you can hang up the weight of your day and just be.

You don’t have to earn rest. You don’t have to prove yourself here. You just have to show up, gorgeous.

This is your safe space. And I’m so glad you’ve found it.
