Time On The Mat
I am a qualified 200hr Yoga Teacher with eight years of my own practice behind me. To me, yoga now is something completely different to what it was eight years ago. As someone who was always on the go, never prioritising rest or down time, I saw yoga as a way to stretch my body between working out at the gym, riding horses, running, walking 5km plus with my dog all on the daily, sometimes twice daily. Who even has that many hours in the day?! Somebody who's afraid of sitting still and being with their own thoughts, that's who. My Yoga was about my ego and how deep into a stretching could get or how much flexibility I still had after giving up gymnastics in my late teens. Fast forward 8 years and my yoga practice now is softer, slower, kinder and more restorative. Where I still love a dynamic Vinyasa Flow, I enjoy the meditative qualities and the breath work, all things that have helped me overcome fertility trauma, orthopaedic surgery and burnout whilst symbiotically allowing me to get to know my body, feel where I'm feeling, slow down and sit with my thoughts, all things my nervous system had been crying out for. Yoga to me now, quite simply, is a way of life. I practice Yoga daily. Whether that be the dynamic movement or the art of sitting with myself and just being. With breath work, movement, mindfulness and meditation, I can help you reconnect your breath, body and mind, which in turn aids in relaxation, greater mobility and added flexibility. Equally, if you want to use your time on the mat to simply switch off and stretch your body, that sounds good to me too. I hope to see you on the mat soon, Sarah x

Private Yoga
I offer mixed ability 1:2:1 yoga sessions from the comfort of your own home. After a chat to figure out exactly what you would like from your time on the mat, I plan bespoke classes to connect your mind and body and to enhance your own practice all from the comfort of your own home.

Group Yoga
I run regular group yoga sessions from various locations. These classes all range in ability and type. I teach anyone from age 16 upwards, men and women (both mixed and gender specific groups), rugby players and retired ballerinas, a more slow and restorative yoga right through to vinyasa (flow) yoga, all suited to different bodies and needs.

Workshops
I am available for workshops with varied focus. I enjoy bringing creativity and yoga together, having run yoga sessions along side poetry writing and paint classes. I am also heavily invested in mindfulness and enjoy creating bespoke packages including guided meditation, yoga and breath work, all things that have changed my life.
