I approached Sarah after doctors had advised me to start yoga to help with health issues. I had done random classes over the years but never felt I gained anything from them, always worrying I wasn't doing toe poses 'correctly'; not knowing when to stop or to push further. Sarah has been brilliant, she's given me the confidence to trust my body, knowing what I'm doing is safe and right for me in the moment. Ive gone from feeling ambivalent about yoga to absolutely loving it and I so look forward to our sessions together. I even practise on my own at home now, something I would have laughed at before. Thanks to Sarah, yoga has become a weekly part of my life and I hope it stays that way.

I'd like to say that as a beginner to yoga, Sarah instantly made me feel at ease. The class was well thought out and delivered which made it a very enjoyable experience. I particularly liked the guided meditation element. Brilliant! I will definitely be attending regular classes.

I began coaching at a period of my life where I had lots of choices and decisions to make. I was about to take on a new job, decide to move to a new area and start a business. This was greatly overwhelming and coaching helped break everything down in to manageable sections. Coaching really helped my self belief and confidence. Sarah took time in getting to know me and how my brain works and then used approaches which suited me to help me in achieving my goals. Engaging in such personal conversations over the phone has always been awkward or difficult for me until this coaching experience.
